The Loyalty Program audit is a comprehensive, comprehensive review of all project management. The overall assessment takes into account the professionalism of hotline operators, legal and accounting components, satisfaction with the service, as expressed by the patients – participants of the program.
Our company regularly undergoes similar audits, and the last week of February a comprehensive audit, which confirmed the quality of work of all services of MDM involved in the Patient Assistance Program.
