MDM Participation in the “PHARMACIES OF THE WORLD – 2026” Congress

On May 28, the Medical Data Management team took part in one of the largest industry events of the year — the “PHARMACIES OF THE WORLD – 2026” Congress, which brought together representatives of pharmacy retail, pharmaceutical companies, distributors, professional associations, and government authorities.

MDM CEO Serhii Netrebko took part in a panel discussion focused on promotion, marketing mix, and advertising strategies.

During the discussion, participants addressed:
• changes in consumer behavior and the need to adapt marketing messages;
• the development of e-commerce and its impact on audience communication;
• building an effective media mix;
• the use of AI for content personalization and customer engagement in pharma marketing.

A key takeaway from the discussion was that all promotional and advertising activities should be driven by high-quality, reliable data and in-depth analytics.
