Call-center – real remote communication

A year ago the management of our company, minimizing the risks, showing high social responsibility and care about the employees, quickly introduced an effective scheme of working outside the office.
Most of the employees of MDM moved to remote work, while the communication link between all the company’s departments remained at the highest level.
The company’s call centers are the most technologically advanced mechanism. Heads of call centers in Kiev and Kharkov, line managers and operators are working for the exciting, equipped booths. At the same time, remote visits “from home” – incomparable quality of communication with doctors and pharmacists. In the past year, our services have conducted over 287 thousand successful remote visits and continue to build their professional communication capacity.
